The staff was outstandingly accommodating in all services. The rooms were good sized and fashionable with feather pillows. The view was lovely, the service was great.

The location of the hotel was best possible and strategic - relatively close to The Concourse Cultural Center. Plus, it was near local shopping centres and public transport and major shopping centers.

The breakfast had good choice of great food and drinks. The hotel was in a central setting close to shops and cafes.

Property was well-equipped, I enjoyed the stay.

Everything was simply lovely. It was reasonably clean with very professional staff at reception desk. The location was best possible and quiet, for example, The Concourse Cultural Center was not very far from the hotel. My executive apartment was fully-equipped on a high level. The breakfast offered a lot of great meals.

We had a fantastic stay at Silkari Suites. The apartment was incredibly spacious and immaculately clean. The layout and use of space were impressive, with cleverly designed drawers and storage areas. We were pleasantly surprised by the soundproofing, as we couldn't hear any noise from other guests or traffic. The staff was efficient and helpful, providing us with a cot and high chair for our 9-month-old. The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk to the train station and plenty of dining and shopping options nearby.

I loved this property - absolutely gorgeous hotel.

I spent 7 nights and will be back. In general, the hotel was reasonably clean. The food was great and there were a great selection of dishes in the menu. The room was upgraded to a balcony and available with high ceiling. The venue was in a peaceful location very close to shopping mall and restaurants, the centre of Chatswood and shops, eateries and entertainment. It also was close to trains.

This hotel was modern and fully equipped with attentive staff at reception desk. The location was ideal, just a pleasant stroll away from Bushwalks Ferndale Park. There were shopping centers and a supermarket around the property. We would recommend this hotel, spent here great 3 nights.

Additionally, the location in the Sydney North Shore area is perfect, providing easy access to the city while being away from the hustle and bustle.

All in all, our stay at this hotel was absolutely fine.
